Seven Oaks Veterinary Clinic

Job Description

Associate Veterinarian – Full or Part-Time
Seven Oaks Veterinary Clinic | Plymouth, Indiana (30 min from South Bend)

Are you looking for a supportive, collaborative team that values compassion over quotas? Want the flexibility to choose full- or part-time hours? Whether you're a seasoned Veterinarian, early career veterinarian, or a recent grad, Seven Oaks Veterinary Clinic invites you to join our growing, 3-doctor small animal practice.

Who We Are:

At Seven Oaks, we’re described as “inviting, warm, and nurturing” — and we take pride in living up to that reputation. Located just 30 minutes from South Bend and the University of Notre Dame, we serve a loyal and growing client base of small animals plus some exotics.

Our clinic is well-equipped with:

  • Digital x-ray & dental radiography
  • Sedivue urinalysis & full in-house Idexx lab
  • Isoflurane anesthesia & hydraulic lift tables
  • GE Vscan Air cordless ultrasound
  • Avimark veterinary software
  • Five exam rooms & a dedicated surgical suite

We rotate a set surgery schedule Monday–Friday (routine, emergency, and occasional orthopedics) and have a wet table for dental procedures. With two doctors scheduled every day collaborating on appointments and surgeries — teamwork is at the heart of everything we do.  With our rotating surgery schedule, you’ll enjoy meaningful time with clients while still getting dedicated surgery time.

Work-Life Balance:

No after-hours emergency calls — ever.
We partner with two nearby emergency clinics so that when your day is done, you’re truly off the clock. Your time and well-being matter.

No Weekend Hours

Your weekends are yours to enjoy!

A Place to Grow:

We strongly believe in collaboration and mentorship. Our doctors regularly consult with one another to ensure the highest level of care. Whether you're looking to mentor, be mentored, or both — you'll find a team that supports your growth.

“Compassion comes before financial gain.”
That’s our guiding principle. Our team — from techs to DVMs — is here for the right reasons: to care deeply for our patients and each other.

What We Offer:

  • Up to $40,000 in incentives (sign-on, retention, student loan assistance)
  • Competitive base salary + production bonuses
  • 401k, health insurance, CE allowance
  • Paid time off, licensing & dues covered, uniform allowance
  • A supportive, tight-knit team you’ll love working with
