“As the Managing Veterinarian, I believe in empowering our doctor team to support each other and help teach/learn from each other’s cases.  We strive to create a culture in which we are all open to conversation and case discussions and are excited to jump in and help on each other’s cases.  Ridgetop has a rich history of mentoring new veterinary graduates specifically, and we really believe in the mission of continuing education and practicing evidenced based medicine.  More specifically I have enjoyed mentoring both new and “recent” grads through their early journey into veterinary medicine, and truly believe that the first practice you work at can and will set the tone for the rest of your career in veterinary medicine.”    ~Dr. Jacob Fulcher
