You’ll have the opportunity to practice a blend of GP and urgent care-style medicine, with the flexibility to shape the role around your strengths.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $130,000–$150,000, depending on experience
- Signing Bonus: Up to $30,000
- Opportunity for production-based bonuses

About Our Hospital
- AAHA-accredited (only one within a 90-mile radius)
- 5,000 sq. ft. hospital with room to practice comfortably
- 4 exam rooms + dedicated compassion room
- Double surgery suite + full in-house lab
- Digital radiology (including dental)
- Ultrasound, laser therapy, cautery
- No boarding or grooming
- Strong support team with a 2:1 tech-to-doctor ratio (3:1 when solo)

What We’re Looking For
- DVM or VMD from an AVMA-accredited institution
- Licensed (or able to become licensed) in Arizona
- Comfortable with general medicine; interest in urgent care is a plus
- Confidence in dentistry, soft tissue surgery, and internal medicine (or a desire to grow)
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates.
