Ocotillo Animal Clinic & Pet Resort is seeking a Veterinarian to join their team in Chandler, AZ! 

We are a full-service, state of the art veterinary medical facility that has provided service to the valley since 1996. Our professional and courteous staff seek to provide the best possible medical, surgical, and dental care for our highly valued patients. We are committed to promoting responsible pet ownership, preventative health care and health-related educational opportunities for our clients.

Qualifications: Candidate must be a graduate from an AVMA-accredited college or have successfully passed the ECFVG or PAVE certification program.

 

What to expect at our hospital: 

Electronic records – Avamark 

Small animal focused GP+: 80/20 dogs to cats predominantly 

Currently a 4-doctor practice (plus consistent/long-term relief), with capacity to increase to 5+ doctors 

  • Staffed daily with 1-3 doctors depending on need 

  • 7 exam rooms with 2 lift tables for big dogs and a large surgical suite 

  • Treatment room with dental area 

  • Digital dental and ultrasound and a newer x-ray 

  • Full in-house lab 

  • Specialists visit onsite to support doctors and patients 

  • Equipment customized to doctor preferences – Let’s discuss adding equipment that is important to you! 

 

Scheduling that prioritizes work-life balance: 

  • 4 weeks of vacation annually, in addition to dedicated CE days 

  • 4-day work weeks. NO SUNDAYS and NO on-call 

  • Realistic shifts – Open at 8am, doctors arrive at 8am and leave around 5:30pm 

  • Lunch & Catch-up time is built in! 

  • 1 surgery day per week (typically). Surgical scheduling customized to doctor preference 

  • Flexible appointment lengths - 30 min standard appt times (15 minutes allowable based on your preference)

  • Diagnostic Imaging Atlas 

  • Onsite Digital X-Ray System 

  • Laser Therapy 

  • Digital Dental X-Ray 

  • In-House Laboratory
