Seville Veterinary Hospital is a progressive, AAHA-accredited, 8-doctor small animal practice located in the heart of Gilbert, AZ.  With a strong reputation, an engaged client base, and a team that genuinely enjoys working together, we’re excited to welcome a new Associate Veterinarian.

You’ll join a well-rounded group of veterinarians with diverse backgrounds and clinical strengths, backed by a stable, experienced support staff.  Our technicians and CSRs are highly trained, aligned with our standard of care, and dedicated to creating a smooth, efficient workflow so doctors can focus entirely on practicing exceptional medicine.  Mentorship is intentional and accessible, and new graduates are encouraged to apply.


Hospital & Equipment

Our modern, AAHA-accredited facility includes:

  • 6 exam rooms, dedicated surgical suite, and 2-table dental suite

  • Digital radiology & digital dental radiography

  • Ultrasound, surgical & therapeutic lasers

  • Full in-house IDEXX lab, PRP capabilities

  • Acupuncture, chiropractic, and rehabilitative therapies

We offer wellness plans (Petly), and our loyal clientele is highly compliant and invested in their pets’ care.


Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive base salary: $100,000 - $130,000, depending on experience 

  • Production-based bonuses

  • Up to $10k signing bonus

  • Extensive benefits package
