East Maryland Animal Hospital is a well-established, collaborative small animal practice in Phoenix, and we’re looking to welcome a full-time Associate Veterinarian to our close-knit team. Compensation & benefits
- Base salary: $110,000–$130,000, depending on experience
- Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus
- 401(k) with company match

- 30-minute appointments with time to educate and connect
- Two-doctor days, averaging 20–25 appointments per doctor
- Dedicated surgery days

The practice
- 4 exam rooms + a dedicated comfort room
- Surgery suite with two tables
- Dental wet table
- Digital dental and full-body radiographs
- Ultrasound, endoscope, and therapeutic laser
- IDEXX in-house diagnostics: ProCyte, Catalyst, Sedivue, SNAP Readers, inVue
- No boarding or grooming
