East Maryland Animal Hospital is a well-established, collaborative small animal practice in Phoenix, and we’re looking to welcome a full-time Associate Veterinarian to our close-knit team.  This is an opportunity to practice high-quality medicine with supportive colleagues, great clients, and a schedule that respects your life outside the hospital.

Compensation & benefits

  • Base salary: $110,000–$130,000, depending on experience
  • Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus
  • 401(k) with company match

  • 30-minute appointments with time to educate and connect
  • Two-doctor days, averaging 20–25 appointments per doctor
  • Dedicated surgery days

The practice

  • 4 exam rooms + a dedicated comfort room
  • Surgery suite with two tables
  • Dental wet table
  • Digital dental and full-body radiographs
  • Ultrasound, endoscope, and therapeutic laser
  • IDEXX in-house diagnostics: ProCyte, Catalyst, Sedivue, SNAP Readers, inVue
  • No boarding or grooming
