Arizona Avenue Animal Clinic in Chandler, AZ is excited to welcome an Associate Veterinarian to our collaborative, five-doctor team! Our recently remodeled hospital combines modern technology, a supportive culture, and a commitment to high-quality medicine, allowing our doctors to practice confidently while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

About Our Hospital

Arizona Avenue Animal Clinic is a 5-doctor, progressive, paperless practice focused on delivering exceptional care for every patient, from routine wellness visits to more complex medical cases.

Our hospital is equipped with modern technology to support high-quality medicine, including:

Digital radiology with IDEXX Web PACS
Digital dental radiography
New ultrasound
Dedicated and fully equipped dental suite
Dedicated surgical suite
Complete in-house laboratory plus IDEXX reference lab
Advanced anesthetic monitoring

Our hospital has also been recently remodeled, featuring 8 exam rooms, a comfort room, an expanded treatment area, and updated doctor workspaces designed to support an efficient and collaborative workflow.

We also encourage and support doctors who want to develop special interests within veterinary medicine.

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package designed to support your career and well-being:

Base salary: $115,000–$125,000 (depending on experience)
Up to $10,000 signing bonus
Production-based bonus opportunities
401(k) with company match

Qualifications:
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an AVMA-accredited college or completion of ECFVG or PAVE certification.
