Job Description

West Hills Animal Hospital is seeking a Part-Time Associate Veterinarian to join our modern practice!

West Hills Animal Hospital is located in the heart of the San Fernando Valley just 30 minutes from downtown Los Angeles.  Founded in 2004, we have grown from a small 2 doctor practice to a multimillion-dollar veterinary hospital that is continuing to expand rapidly.  We specialize in small animal medicine and surgery, as well as emergency, seeing primarily dogs and cats. 

Our facilities include a state-of-the-art surgical suite, *New* Idexx in-house laboratory, digital radiography, digital dental x-ray, and premier GE ultrasound.  With our upcoming expansion to double the size of the hospital footprint, you will have all the room and equipment needed to provide the best, modern, up-to-date medical care possible. We are open 6 days per week from 8am to 4pm. 

While our size may be small, many staffers have worked at WHAH for five to 17 years! We have extremely low turn-over with a fun, outgoing, hardworking team.  Our staff and doctors enable us to provide the highest standard of care that our hospital has become known for.  We are extremely proud of our staff retention and attribute it to our family-like working environment, competent management, and highly skilled leadership from our Doctors.

Qualifications:

Candidate must be a graduate from an AVMA accredited college or have successfully passed the ECFVG certification program or the PAVE certification program.
