Compensation & Benefits:

·       Base salary $130,000 - $170,000 (depending on experience)

Plaza Del Amo Pet Clinic is a large, modern, AAHA-accredited hospital known for practicing a high level of medicine with a well-established, loyal clientele.

·       5 exam rooms – 4 of which are spacious, fully supplied, and feature double doors and sinks; a dedicated 5th room used for acupuncture and end-of-life care

·       Treatment area with full surgical suite – 2 wet tables, 2 regular tables, and 2 surgery tables

Who We're Looking For:

We're seeking either a new graduate, or an experienced veterinarian who is confident, skilled, and ready to step into a fast-paced, well-equipped environment. Ideal candidates will have:

·       Experienced DVMs: We're looking for a seasoned veterinarian with 5+ years of experience who is confident navigating complex cases – strong surgical and dental skills are a plus, though we're committed to supporting and mentoring our team to help expand their skills and confidence in these areas. Just as importantly, we're looking for someone who is generous with their knowledge - a natural mentor who enjoys lifting up the team around them.

·       New Graduates: If you're a new grad with an eagerness to learn, a warm and outgoing personality, and a genuine passion for connecting with clients and colleagues alike, we want to hear from you. Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset are a must - the rest, we'll help you build.
