Job Description
Vero Beach Veterinary Hospital is seeking an experienced, motivated DVM to join our AAHA-accredited team—with a clear path to a Medical Director role. Located just 2 hours from the parks in Orlando, Vero Beach offers a relaxed atmosphere, affordability, and coastal living—where you can finish your shift and be at the beach in 10 minutes.

What We’re Looking For:
- DVM with 1+ years of experience
- Strong surgical and dentistry skills
- Interest in leadership and practice growth
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Florida licensure (or ability to obtain)
Compensation & Benefits:
- $120K–$160K base salary + production bonuses
- Up to $50K in sign-on, retention, and relocation bonuses
- No negative accrual for the first year

- Up to 4 weeks PTO and $5K CE in year one ($3K annually after)
