About Us: At Bayshore Veterinary Group, we provide compassionate care for pets and their families in the Bradenton and Cortez, FL area. Our clinics cater to a diverse range of patients, including cats, dogs, exotic pets, and reptiles. With over 50 years of experience at Bayshore Animal Hospital and more than 30 years at Beach Veterinary Clinic, we are fully equipped to meet our patients’ needs.


We pride ourselves on fostering a laid-back, family-oriented environment. Our team collaborates with professionalism and effective communication to deliver the highest quality of veterinary care. Whether clients visit us for routine check-ups or emergency services, they can expect compassionate and thorough care every time.


Our Practice:

  • 6 doctors and 7 veterinary technicians
  • Small animal general practice, including exotic pet care
  • Wellness and preventative care
  • Dental and surgical suites
  • Radiography and laser therapy
  • 9 exam rooms
  • No boarding or grooming services
  • Plans to expand our Arthritis Therapy services
  • Hours: Mon – Fri 8 am – 6 pm; Sat 8 am – 12 pm; closed on Sundays

Skills and Basic Qualifications:

  • Any experience level considered
  • A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or related degree from an accredited university 
  • Licensure in good standing to practice in the state in which the applicant is to be employed 
  • Commitment to practicing the highest standard of medicine and upholding the veterinary code of ethics 

Compensation: 

  • $110-160K base salary depending on experience
  • This position is eligible for production-based bonuses
