Bayview Animal Hospital in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, is seeking a passionate veterinarian to join our dynamic team. Our clinic is located just outside Lauderdale-By-The-Sea, a mile from the beautiful Atlantic coast, and has been serving the community for over 50 years. Our 6,200 sq. ft. modern facility continues to grow, with even more updates planned! We are just 8 miles from Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport and 30 miles from Miami.

About Our Clinic:

  • 4-doctor practice with a dedicated support team
  • 5 trained support staff and 4 Client Services Representatives
  • Services include wellness & preventative care, soft tissue and orthopedic surgeries, laser surgery, labor & delivery, and more
  • Specialty services: Cardiology, Dermatology, Endocrinology, Gastroenterology, Neurology, Oncology, Ophthalmology, Urology
  • Advanced equipment: Digital radiography, CT scan, diagnostic ultrasounds, digital dental radiography, therapeutic laser, and more
  • Cornerstone PIMS and IDEXX in-house lab equipment
  • Work Schedule: 4-4.5 day workweek with alternating weekends (8am-1pm)
  • No on-call or emergency shifts and we are always closed on Sundays!

Skills & Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of clinical veterinary experience
  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree from an accredited university
  • Active licensure in good standing to practice in the state of Florida

Compensation: 

  • $130-160K base salary depending on experience
  • This position is eligible for production-based bonuses
