Associate Veterinarian – Bradenton, FL | No Weekends + Strong Tech Support


Braden River Animal Hospital is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join our collaborative, multi-doctor team in beautiful Southwest Florida.


With support from our sister hospital, North River Animal Hospital, you’ll be part of an 8-DVM network that prioritizes teamwork, high-quality medicine, and a genuinely positive culture.

What Your Schedule Looks Like

  • 4-day work week (flexible options)
  • No on-call or after-hours
  • Closed Saturdays & Sundays

Support & Team Environment

  • 5-DVM primary hospital + 8 DVMs across both locations
  • Highly skilled technicians (CVT and uncredentialed)
  • Collaborative environment—easy case discussion across both hospitals
  • Mentorship available for continued growth

The Practice

  • Full-service GP: wellness, surgery, dentistry, and urgent care
  • Diverse caseload: routine to more complex procedures
  • CO₂ surgical laser + therapeutic laser
  • Ultrasound, Digital radiography + dental imaging
  • In-house diagnostics + pharmacy
  • Clinical trials and early adoption of new treatments

 What We’re Looking For

  • DVM (or equivalent), licensed or eligible in Florida
  • 1+ year experience preferred
  • Comfortable with surgery
  • Team-oriented with strong communication skills
  • Passion for high-quality medicine and client care
