Associate Veterinarian – Naples, FL | 3–4 Day Work Week + Strong Support Team


Animal Oasis Veterinary Hospital in Naples is looking for an Associate Veterinarian to join our collaborative team.

What Your Day Looks Like

• 3–4 day work week

• Flexible scheduling options

• No on-call

• Well-trained support staff so you can focus on medicine


 Support & Mentorship

• We offer structured mentorship through a formal training program, complemented by guidance from experienced DVMs at nearby partner hospitals.

• With the capacity to support 4 veterinarians, we are currently recruiting multiple DVMs as part of a transition within our team, creating opportunities for new doctors to step into an established practice.

• Technician support

• Hands-on training opportunities through our PetOne Veterinary Training Center

• You won’t be thrown in alone or expected to “figure it out.”

• Diverse caseload (medical + surgical)

• Dedicated dental suite with digital radiography

• Digital rads + ultrasound

• In-house IDEXX lab

What We’re Looking For

• DVM (or equivalent) licensed or eligible in Florida

• 1+ year experience preferred (but flexible if mentorship is strong—consider softening this)

• Team-oriented, positive, patient-focused
