The Opportunity:

• Provide full-scope preventative, medical, and surgical care during regular business hours only

• No after-hours on call, ever

• Explore optional ruminant or swine cases if mixed-animal work interests you

• Build leadership skills with a clear pathway toward a future Medical Director role

• Advanced surgical suite with soft-tissue, orthopedic, and laser surgery options

• Comprehensive dentistry supported by digital dental radiography

• In-house laboratory and digital full-body radiography

• Strong teleconsultation resources and a fully stocked pharmacy

ProSal Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting salary of $110,000–$150,000 plus production bonuses

• 401(k) with company match
