Responsibilities & Desired Experience:

  • Preventative care and managing sick animal appointments
  • Handling emergencies during regular working hours
  • Routine and advanced small animal medicine (occasional ruminant/swine work available, but not required)
  • Leadership experience is a plus, but not required—training for DVMs interested in becoming a Medical Director is available

Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree from an accredited university
  • Licensure in good standing to practice in Illinois
  • Leadership experience is a plus, but not required
