The Opportunity:

    Provide full-scope preventative, medical, and surgical care during regular business hours only

    No after-hours on call, ever

    Explore optional ruminant or swine cases if mixed-animal work interests you

    Build leadership skills with a clear pathway toward a future Medical Director role

    Advanced surgical suite with soft-tissue, orthopedic, and laser surgery options

    Comprehensive dentistry supported by digital dental radiography

    In-house laboratory and digital full-body radiography

    Strong teleconsultation resources and a fully stocked pharmacy

ProSal Compensation & Benefits:

    Starting salary of $110,000–$150,000 plus production bonuses

    401(k) with company match

    Access to CE courses (dentistry, ultrasound, surgery, and more) at NVA’s nearby PetOne Training Center in Addison, IL
