- Led by Medical Director Dr. Christin Kohler with strong clinical standards and mentorship focus
- Experienced Hospital Manager provides operational support so doctors can focus on medicine
- 5 experienced DVMs in a collaborative, low-ego environment

Schedule & Compensation
- (with a rotating schedule)
- Extended weekday hours create strong, consistent caseload while allowing you to longer shifts and fewer days
- ProSal compensation with quarterly production bonuses
- Base salary of $110,000–$150,000, depending on experience
- We take a holistic approach to compensation and tailor packages to align with each candidate’s goals. If your expectations differ, apply and we’ll discuss options
Time Off
