The Opportunity:

   A varied caseload spanning small animal and exotic medicine

   Hands-on surgical opportunity, including in-house orthopedics, fracture repair, and TPLOs

   One-on-one surgical and medical mentorship, with room to expand your skills

   Flexible scheduling and a positive, collaborative team where your voice is valued

   Minimum of 2-5 years of experience as a DVM in a small animal GP or urgent care setting

The Resources:

     Digital radiology and digital dental radiographs

     A full in-house laboratory

     Endoscopy capabilities

     In-house orthopedic surgical suite

Compensation & Benefits:

   Starting salary of $125,000–$150,000 

    Long-standing salary-only compensation structure that supports a collaborative team culture in our busy, walk-in urgent care model

   401(k) with company match

   Access to CE courses (dentistry, ultrasound, surgery, and more) at NVA’s nearby PetOne Training Center in Addison, IL

   Professional liability coverage, DEA and state licensing, and VIN membership

   PTO, paid CE, and CE/licensing reimbursement
