Petal Animal Clinic is proud to serve the Petal, MS area for all your pet-related needs. Petal Animal Clinic provides small animal general practice services in Petal, MS. With a nearby sister hospital, Animal Medical Center of Hattiesburg, our collaborative teams of doctors are supported by experienced technicians, including 3 Certified Veterinary Technicians. Our team members refer to each other as family. Animal Medical Center and Petal Animal Clinic work in tandem to provide the highest level of care for your pet while servicing the needs of our communities in Hattiesburg and Petal, Mississippi.

Our sister hospital, Animal Medical Center of Hattiesburg, is the oldest veterinary clinic in Hattiesburg, MS, originating in the 1950's.  The practice was purchased by Dr. John Mayfield, Jr in 1975.  Animal Medical Center is a 12 doctor hospital and a full service, veterinary practice providing 24-hour care and emergency services.

We are seeking a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from an accredited university, licensed to practice in Mississippi.  Our ideal candidate is excited to learn new things and be challenged.  We are seeking a doctor who not only enjoys veterinary medicine and patients, but also working with the clients and our team.
