All Creatures Animal Hospital is a thriving practice that’s been serving the greater Buffalo area for over 20 years. With steady growth and a reputation for excellence, we proudly offer comprehensive veterinary care for both companion and exotic pets.

  • In-house pharmacy

  • Base + Production compensation model ranging from $125k-$155k, depending on experience.
  • If you're relocating to the area, up to $5k in relocation support. 
  • Up to $25k in signing bonuses as we welcome you to the team! 

Who You Are:

A licensed DVM (or equivalent) in good standing in New York State

Comfortable in a busy practice; flexible and eager to learn

Interest in exotic animal care is a big plus but not required

Committed to high-quality medicine, client education, and teamwork


Core Responsibilities:

Build strong client relationships through empathy, communication, and trust

Perform comprehensive exams, diagnostics, surgical and dental procedures

Collaborate with our support team to ensure exceptional patient care

Stay current on veterinary best practices and contribute to hospital growth
