Job Description
Cole Park Veterinary Hospital is seeking an experienced Veterinarian to join our integrative medical practice for small animals! We pride ourselves on working as a team, who truly cares about our patients and their families. Our doctors take the time to listen to pet owners and provide comprehensive, holistic care plans to suit their pet’s needs. We are committed to promoting responsible pet ownership, preventative health care, and health-related education opportunities for our clients in Chapel Hill, NC, and surrounding areas.
About Cole Valley Veterinary Hospital:
- We are a four-doctor hospital featuring 5,000 sq ft of treatment facilities as well as full boarding, daycare, and grooming services
- We offer in-house diagnostic ultrasounds as well as surgery services, digital radiographic diagnostics, EKGs, dental radiology, and an in-house lab
- In addition to Western medicine, we also offer Eastern modalities such as Chinese herbal treatments, acupuncture, VOM, and cold laser therapy
- We are proud of our numerous accreditations and certifications including Animal Hospital Association (AAHA), American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA), Cat Friendly, International Veterinary Acupuncture Society (IVAS), Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine (TCVM), and Veterinary Chinese Herbal Medicine (VCHM)
Skills and Basic Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience preferred
- A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or related degree from an accredited university
- Licensure in good standing to practice in the state in which the applicant is to be employed
- Commitment to practicing the highest standard of medicine and upholding the veterinary code of ethics
