Associate Veterinarian – Portland Veterinary Wellness Center (Portland, OR)
Portland Veterinary Wellness Center is seeking a compassionate, collaborative Associate Veterinarian to join our growing team in Portland, Oregon. We welcome new graduates and experienced veterinarians alike who are excited to practice high-quality medicine in a supportive, upbeat environment.

About the Hospital
Portland Veterinary Wellness Center is a modern, full-service small animal practice offering comprehensive medical, surgical, and preventive care. We prioritize fear-free handling, client communication, and individualized patient care plans.
- Primarily small animal caseload with opportunities to see exotics (optional)
- Emphasis on wellness, preventive care, and client education
- Collaborative team environment with experienced support staff
- Flexible approach to medicine - practice autonomy encouraged
Schedule
- Full-time, 4 days per week
- No on-call or after-hours emergencies
- Focus on work-life balance

Who We’re Looking For
- DVM or equivalent, licensed (or eligible) in Oregon
- Passion for high-quality medicine and client communication
- Interest in mentorship and continuous learning (new grads encouraged)
- Team-oriented, positive attitude with a good sense of humor
- Interest in exotics is a plus, but not required
