Associate Veterinarian in Wayne, PA

For over 25 years, we have been servicing pets and pet owners of Wayne, Pennsylvania. At St George Hunt Memorial Hospital, we strive to provide our clients with the highest level of service, while empowering them to make informed choices for their companion's care. We are looking for someone who wants to continue this level of service, as an Associate Veterinarian, working with a team devoted to improving the comfort and well-being of our patients with high quality of care and exceptional customer service. Our state-of-the-art facility offers our clients the latest in therapy and diagnostic services, with a focus on holistic and compassionate care. 

We offer a salary range of $120,00 - $200,000 (total compensation), generous sign-on, and retention bonus, and benefits including paid parental leave, CE allowance, DEA licensure, and state licensure.

Qualifications:

-Candidate must be a graduate from an AVMA accredited college or have successfully passed the ECFVG certification program or the PAVE certification program
-License in good standing to practice in the state of Pennsylvania
-The ability to make decisions and communicate clearly and effectively with fellow team members and clients.
-Familiarity with Avimark preferred, not required
-A commitment to practicing the highest standard of medicine, and a focus on the education of clients
-Some experience and a level of comfort with anesthesia and surgery
-Excellent people skills, diagnostic care, computer/technology skills, and the desire for continuing education and being informed on the latest medical advances.
