Gentle Care Animal Hospital in Bartlett, TN, is a high-energy small animal practice with a great community reputation for kind and compassionate care. We have worked hard to cultivate a trusting, long-term clientele and are thrilled to receive new clients daily. We are a 21-year, well-established practice with a loyal clientele base. We are proud to have won the 2019 Memphis Most Community's Clinic of the Year!  We have recently moved into a brand new, state-of-the-art facility! 


We're seeking to add a full-time associate veterinarian to our team. Our busy practice offers boundless room for professional growth while providing excellent benefits and generous compensation.  


All new graduates who join NVA hospitals are eligible to participate in our Mentorship Program, offering a minimum of 12 months of continuous one-on-one clinical support by our dedicated team of In-Field DVM Mentors, balanced curriculum, and bi-weekly case reviews. 


Our new facility features 5 exam rooms, a comfort room for acupuncture, laser treatments, and quality/end-of-life services, a double surgery suite, and a dental suite. In addition to general practice, we offer a few unique services to our clients, which include reproduction (AI, C-sections, Penn Hip & OFA x-rays), ultrasound, PRP, limited orthopedic surgery, acupuncture, laser therapy treatment, and dentistry. In addition, we also have dental X-ray and are upgrading to an HD processor for digital X-ray equipment. This will give us the opportunity to work with a large variety of high-end specialty show/competition breeds and provide our clients with the individualized care they desire. We are open to incorporating any new innovative techniques and ideas that a new associate DVM may be interested in.
