We're seeking a passionate Small Animal Veterinarian to join our well-established practice where you'll enjoy a diverse caseload, including exotic patients and wildlife cases.

  • Receive hands-on guidance from 14 accomplished veterinarians
  • Build your skills with graduated case responsibility
  • Develop emergency, medical, and surgical skills in a supportive, team-based environment
  • Learn continuously—questions are always welcome and encouraged
  • Gain confidence as you master your craft alongside seasoned professionals

What You'll Bring

  • Passion for small animal medicine (exotics experience is a plus!)

Exceptional Compensation

  • Base Salary: $100K–$130K (competitive for new grads!)
  • Bonus: Up to $50,000 sign-on & retention package
