We are seeking a reliable and caring Veterinary Assistant to support our veterinary team in delivering excellent patient care. This role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic about animals, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and thrives in a collaborative setting.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Assist veterinarians and veterinary technicians during examinations and procedures

·       Handle and restrain animals safely and compassionately

·       Clean and maintain surgical areas, kennels, and equipment to ensure hygienic workspace

·       Feed and monitor animals in care

·       Provide excellent customer service to pet owners, including answering questions

What we are looking for:

·        High School diploma or equivalent (required)

·        Previous experience in a veterinary clinic or animal care setting (preferred)

·        Strong communication and interpersonal skills

·        Ability to manage animals safely and confidently

·        Willingness to learn and take direction

·        Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
