We are seeking a dedicated and dependable Veterinary Assistant – Overnight/Emergency to support our emergency and critical care team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast‑paced environments, remain calm under pressure, and are passionate about helping animals in urgent and life‑threatening situations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist veterinarians and technicians during emergency exams, treatments, and procedures
  • Safely restrain patients for diagnostics and treatments
  • Support triage, treatment flow, and patient movement within the ER
  • Prepare and clean treatment areas, exam rooms, and surgical suites
  • Provide basic care to hospitalized and critical patients (walking, feeding, comfort care)
  • Clean, disinfect, and restock ER equipment and supplies
  • Maintain hospital cleanliness and safety standards
  • Provide compassionate support to clients during emotionally stressful situations
