What You’ll Do
As a Veterinary Assistant, you’ll play an important role in patient care and clinic flow:
- Assist technicians and veterinarians during exams and treatments
- Safely restrain animals for procedures
- Support basic patient care and husbandry
- Help prepare exam rooms and maintain cleanliness
- Observe and report changes in patient behavior or condition
- Provide excellent client service and communication
What We’re Looking For
- Entry-level candidates welcome with hands-on animal experience (kennel, shelter, daycare, etc.)
- Basic understanding of animal behavior and restraint techniques
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
Schedule & Compensation
- Full-time or part-time options available
- 4-day work week (10-hour shifts) for better work-life balance
- $15.50–$17/hour, based on experience
