What You’ll Do:
As a Veterinary Assistant at Valley Animal Hospital, you’ll work alongside our veterinary technicians and doctors, assisting in patient care and ensuring our hospital runs smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in patient exams and treatments
  • Preparing animals for surgery and helping in the surgery room
  • Performing basic laboratory tasks (such as processing lab samples)
  • Blood draws
  • Assisting in radiology and dental procedures
  • Providing compassionate care to our patients and excellent service to their owners

  • You’re an experienced Veterinary Assistant with a passion for patient care and teamwork.
  • Detail-Oriented and Compassionate: You are efficient in your work and always maintain a compassionate approach to handling animals.

  • You’re eager to learn and grow, willing to assist with a variety of tasks to support the needs of the practice.

Schedule:

  • Full-time position with flexible hours. Shifts are a mix of 6-9 hour days with alternating Saturdays.
