Veterinary Assistant

Animal Hospital of Garland

Job Description

Nestled in the heart of a vibrant and active community, Garland Animal Hospital is undergoing an exciting transformation! If you’re seeking a fresh opportunity where you can help shape the brand and atmosphere of a growing practice, we invite you to consider joining us.

We are looking to enhance our team by adding a skilled technician with at least one year of experience. As a smaller team, we need someone who can quickly integrate and contribute effectively. Currently, we are supported by temporary technicians, but we recognize the need for a knowledgeable and skilled technician to provide consistency and quality care.

At Garland Animal Hospital, we value work-life balance and are committed to offering flexible scheduling options. We are looking to fill shifts across 4.5 to 6 days a week, and we are open to splitting shifts between two applicants if needed.

We offer an hourly wage of $17-$18/hour, with additional competitive benefits, professional growth opportunities, and potential wage increases as the business expands. Bi-lingual is most definitely in high need and ideal for fulfilling this role, but not imperative.

While we recognize that our wages can be beat by others, we value commitment and a passion for being part of a transformative team. We are dedicated to supporting our staff in both their personal and professional development. If you’re interested, please reach out to us to discuss the opportunity further or to schedule a tour. We look forward to connecting with you!

We’re approaching this as a chance for a fresh start, and we’re excited to find individuals who are enthusiastic about being part of our evolving journey. If you’re interested, please reach out to schedule a time to discuss the opportunity and tour our facility. We look forward to meeting you and finding the perfect fit for our team!
