Job Description

We are a caring, compassionate team of professionals in the town of Herndon and focus on creating an environment of trust and respect for our clients and their pets.

 

 

Our clinic is AAHA accredited and all team members are “Fear Free” certified. The services we provide include surgical and dental procedures, in house labs, Cold Laser, digital x-rays, exam and vaccine services and so much more.

 

We are looking for a self-motivated person with a positive attitude interested in learning all aspects of caring for our patients and their humans. Previous vet experience is great but we are willing to train the right person!

 

In this position, you will learn: proper restraint, how to assist the doctors in appointments, surgical before and after care, venipuncture, positioning for radiographs, Cold Laser treatment protocols, how to run in house lab services and reference lab preparation, our clinic software, client communication, and anything else you'd like!

 

You should physically be able to lift 40 lbs, perform services kneeling or on the floor, as well as be on your feet for extended periods of time. Computer knowledge and good grammar, spelling and typing are required.

  • Shifts are Monday-Friday with no Saturdays or Sundays. 
  • The clinic is open 8:00am to 6:00pm or 7:00pm depending on the day.
  • Salary is negotiable and based on experience.
