Client Service Representative (CSR) – Veterinary Hospital
Do you love animals and people? Our busy 3 doctor General Practice veterinary hospital is looking for a confident, compassionate, and detail-oriented Client Service Representative (CSR) to become part of our team.
What you’ll do:
- Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage records with accuracy
- Communicate clearly with clients about their pets’ needs, treatments, and follow-up care
- Support our veterinary team by coordinating client check-ins, payments, and documentation
- Keep our front desk organized and running smoothly
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in veterinary reception or CSR
- Ability to communicate with empathy and confidence
- Compassion and patience—especially during stressful and emotional situations for clients and their pets
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Computer and office equipment proficiency

Compensation:
- $20.00-$23.00 per hour depending on experience
