Virginia Veterinary Centers (VVC) Short Pump is dedicated to advancing veterinary medicine while delivering high-quality, compassionate care that leads to better patient outcomes (this reads really clunky to me). Our Richmond (Short Pump) facility provides 24/7 emergency and specialty services supported by board-certified experts in Critical Care, Internal Medicine, Medical Oncology, Radiation Oncology, Surgery, Neurology, Dentistry, and Ophthalmology, Radiology and Anesthesia
Equipped with state-of-the-art technology—including a CT scanner, CT Cone Beam, Fluoroscopy, MRI, LINAC, radioactive iodine therapy (remove, do not offer at SP location), digital radiography, ultrasonography, high-flow oxygen, ventilators, and minimally invasive surgical capabilities—we offer the tools you need to provide gold-standard critical care.
And there’s more—VVC recently moved into a brand-new, 32,000-square-foot facility featuring:
  • An ICU designed for Criticalists
