Job Description

Wisconsin Veterinary Referral Center - Grafton is seeking an additional full-time, board-certified or residency trained Criticalist at our multi-specialty referral centers in the Southeastern Wisconsin area. A part-time position would also be considered for the right candidate. WVRC has 3 well-equipped facilities in Waukesha, Grafton, and Racine/Kenosha, which offer emergency, specialty, and referral services.


We are looking for a motivated individual to develop the critical care service at this location, joining the existing 24/7 emergency team.  The WVRC network offers services in Cardiology, Oncology, Radiology, Critical Care, Surgery, Anesthesiology, Internal Medicine, Ophthalmology, and Emergency across its other hospitals and is excited to continue expansion at each location.


Located just outside of Milwaukee, Grafton is situated on the shores of Lake Michigan.   The area offers a mix of what is best about Wisconsin.  Here you can enjoy the cosmopolitan offerings of world-class music, dining and shopping as well as the state’s finest museums, sports, fishing, sailing, biking and hiking trails, which are all part of the urban mix. You can also enjoy a summer season of festivals, complemented by a winter of spectacular performing arts and activities.  Chicago, Madison and Green Bay are just a short drive away and offer additional diverse experiences and activities.
