South Shore Animal Hospital, A PetOne Veterinary Hospital, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. You’ll succeed in this role if you enjoy problem-solving, communicate clearly and intentionally, can multitask without losing attention to detail, and want to take ownership and contribute to a respectful, drama-free workplace.

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver best-in-class client service in person, over the phone, and digitally
  • Manage phone and digital communications efficiently and professionally
  • Schedule appointments thoughtfully
  • Communicate clearly and intentionally with doctors, technicians, and teammates
  • Handle billing and financial transactions accurately
  • Maintain organized and precise medical records
  • Contribute to a positive, solutions-focused team environment

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required 
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a veterinary or medical reception setting strongly preferred
  • Available to work on Saturdays
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with veterinary management software is a plus
  • A genuine love for animals and dedication to providing high-quality client care

·       The base hourly range for this position is $18.00-$22.00/hour. Our pay ranges are primarily determined by role, level, and location. The range provided for each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
