Veterinary Dermatologist-No Non-Compete and No Negative Accrual

Fresno Veterinary Specialty & Emergency Center

Job Description

Fresno Veterinary Specialty & Emergency Center is excited to announce the expansion of our specialty services to include Dermatology!  The Central Valley has continued to be underserved by this much-needed specialty, and our referring community is eager for this service to return to our hospital.  Currently, we are seeking a full-time or part-time Board-Certified Dermatologist to join our practice.  We provide you with a Dermatology trained Registered Veterinary Technician who will assist you during your appointments, as well as coordinate your schedule. Part-time or full-time option.

Fresno Veterinary Specialty and Emergency Center is located in the heart of the Central Valley, just hours away from Yosemite National Park and the beautiful Pacific Ocean.   Serving a pet owner community of nearly one million, Fresno Veterinary Specialty and Emergency Center has established itself as the premier emergency and specialty facility in Central California.  In January 2014, we received certification from the Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care Society (VECCS) as a Level 1 Facility, a designation that would have not been possible without the continued support of our veterinary and non-veterinary community.  We pride ourselves on the ability to provide the highest level of care, communication, and services to our entire community.

We offer a range of specialty services, eliminating the need for pet owners to travel outside the Central Valley.  Our family of specialists include Diplomates in the following specialties: Emergency and Critical Care, Small Animal Internal Medicine, Surgery, Cardiology, Dentistry, and Ophthalmology.

Equipped with state-of-the-art machinery, including multi-parameter monitoring, Vimago CT, Snyder ICU, Animal Companion Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, Sound Eklin digital radiology, ultrasound (GE Logiq P6 Vet), Pulmonetics LTV1000 long term ventilator, Abaxis in house laboratory, Lacuna In-House Cytology, BioVision Laparoscope, and Olympus Endoscopy and Bronchoscopy suite, we are able to provide you with the necessary resources to provide the highest level of care. All our specialists are assigned a coordinator which schedules all your appointments and assists and facilitates client communication.

In addition to a competitive salary, Fresno Veterinary Specialty & Emergency Center offers a comprehensive benefits package and relocation bonus to eligible candidates. We do also offer a doctor’s apartment for eligible doctors that are not looking to relocate permanently to Fresno but may be interested in employment.
