All City Pet Care West is a fast-paced, compassionate veterinary practice dedicated to providing high-quality care for pets and exceptional service for their owners. We are looking for a dependable, team-oriented Exam Room Assistant to help support our doctors, technicians, and clients.
Position Overview
The Exam Room Assistant plays an important role in creating a smooth and positive experience for both pets and their owners. This position combines client service, patient handling, and clinic support duties to help our medical team deliver excellent care.
Key Responsibilities

Greet clients and patients in a friendly and professional manner

Escort clients and pets to exam rooms and obtain basic visit information

Assist veterinarians and technicians by safely handling and restraining pets during examinations and procedures

Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked exam rooms throughout the day

Process client payments and assist with checkout

Answer phones and assist with scheduling or client questions as needed

Clean and disinfect exam rooms and equipment between appointments

Restock medical and office supplies as needed

Provide general support to the veterinary team to ensure efficient clinic operations
Qualifications

Passion for working with animals and their owners

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to safely handle and restrain dogs and cats

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
-
Previous veterinary or animal care experience preferred but not required
Schedule

Full-time position (between 30-40 hours/week)
