Job Description

Central Baldwin Veterinary Hospital, opened in 1995, is a 4+ doctor practice. We are a companion animal practice with an 8,000 sq. ft. up to date facility. Our practice is founded on the pursuit of excellence of care and in furtherance of that aim, we emphasize teamwork among our dedicated staff. We offer mentorship for new grads, emphasize work-life balance with no after hour emergency calls, and have a great team to collaborate with.

ABOUT OUR HOSPITAL
o 4 oversized exam rooms equipped with Technidyne lift table w/scale
o Pharmacy adjacent to exam rooms equipped with complete IDEXX suite of equipment
o L-shaped treatment area with 2 wet tub tables equipped for dentals and digital dental x-rays
o Surgery suite and treatment area as well as the digital radiography room are equipped with in-wall oxygen
o GE Logic Ultrasound, Summus Laser therapy, Tonopen, and other up-to-date equipment
o Avimark software

Robertsdale has a central location that offers easy and quick access to the historic and gorgeous ports of Pensacola, Florida and Mobile, Alabama, as well as to the lovely sandy beaches in Gulf Shores, Alabama."

 
Most externship experiences range from two to eight weeks depending on student and hospital schedules. Externships at Central Baldwin are reserved for students in their final clinical year of veterinary school.
