Animal Emergency Clinic – Inland Empire is seeking a board-certified or residency-trained Small Animal Internal Medicine Specialist to establish and grow our Internal Medicine service. Open to Part-Time or Full-Time.
This is a unique opportunity to join one of the Inland Empire's most respected emergency hospitals and help expand access to specialty care for a rapidly growing region. If you're looking for the excitement of building a service while practicing alongside an experienced emergency team, we'd love to meet you.
Why This Opportunity?

Our hospital has built strong relationships with referring veterinarians and pet owners by delivering compassionate, high-quality emergency medicine around the clock.
Now, we're investing in the future by expanding specialty services—creating an exciting opportunity for an Internal Medicine specialist to help define what that future looks like.
Build a Service That Makes an Immediate Impact

Practice Advanced Medicine
Our hospital is equipped to support complex medical cases with:
- 24/7 Emergency and Critical Care
- Modern surgical facilities
- Digital radiography

Our emergency service provides a strong foundation of advanced medical cases and referral opportunities, creating an excellent environment for a growing Internal Medicine practice.
Why Ethos Veterinary Health?
As part of Ethos Veterinary Health, you'll enjoy the entrepreneurial opportunity of building a service while benefiting from the strength of one of the nation's leading specialty and emergency veterinary networks.
You'll have access to:
- Collaboration with specialists across the Ethos network
- Leadership and career development opportunities
- Continuing education and professional growth resources

- Passion for collaborative specialty medicine
- Interest in developing and growing a referral-based Internal Medicine service
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Commitment to delivering exceptional patient and client care
Why the Inland Empire?
The Inland Empire offers an outstanding quality of life with a lower cost of living than many coastal Southern California communities while keeping you within easy driving distance of Los Angeles, Orange County, Palm Springs, Big Bear, and Southern California's beaches.
Whether you enjoy hiking, skiing, mountain biking, or weekend trips to the coast, you'll have access to everything Southern California has to offer—without sacrificing space, affordability, or opportunity.
Benefits
We believe outstanding specialists deserve exceptional support. We offer:
- Competitive compensation with production opportunities (base salary ranging from $200,000-$250,000)
- Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
- 401(k) with company match
