As Medical Director, you will lead and collaborate with:
- A talented team of emergency clinicians and critical care specialists
- A full-time Veterinary Social Worker supporting staff and client wellbeing
- Skilled technicians and support staff with a strong tech-to-doctor ratio

About the Role:
As Medical Director, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing medical leadership and strategic guidance for the hospital
- Collaborating with the Hospital Director to ensure smooth, high-quality operations
- Mentoring and developing doctors to maintain clinical excellence and strong morale
- Leading medical quality assurance, training, and continuing education efforts
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and retention of veterinarians and support staff
- Championing a culture of collaboration, respect, and continuous improvement
This is a full-time role, structured to allow for a blend of clinical practice and administrative leadership—with the flexibility and support to succeed in both.
