We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our dedicated team. This role is vital to ensuring our patients receive safe and accurate prescriptions while supporting both our clients and veterinary team.
What You’ll Do
- Accurately fill, label, and manage prescription refills in our pharmacy system.
- Communicate clearly with clients about medication requests, denials, and usage instructions.
- Educate clients on proper medication administration and answer general questions.
- Assist with inventory management: unpack orders, track expiration dates, and restock.
- Process payments, submit pet insurance claims, and schedule appointments when needed.
- Package and mail medications or lab samples following proper protocols.
- Maintain organized and clean pharmacy areas, completing daily open/close checklists.

- Previous veterinary or pharmacy experience is a plus (but not required, we’re willing to train the right candidate).
