As our Veterinary Receptionist, you’ll be the warm, welcoming face of the clinic:

• Greet clients and check in patients with genuine friendliness
• Manage phones, appointments, and emails like an organizational wizard
• Help clients understand treatment plans and next steps
• Keep the flow of the day running smoothly
• Partner with our technicians and vets to provide seamless care
• Offer reassurance, compassion, and the occasional tissue to worried pet parents

You’ll be a blend of customer service pro, multitasking master, and emotional support human.
