📍 Location: Humber Vet Clinic, Corner Brook, NL
🕒 Full-Time

About Us:

Humber Vet Clinic is a busy, well-established veterinary clinic that takes pride in offering high-quality medical care with a personal touch. We believe every pet deserves compassion, and every pet parent deserves clear communication and support.

What You’ll Do:

  • Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism

  • Schedule appointments and manage daily calendars

  • Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries

  • Process payments and maintain accurate records

  • Assist with medical record keeping and client communication

  • Support the veterinary team with day-to-day clinic operations

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role (veterinary or medical preferred)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

  • Proficient with computers and scheduling software (Avimark/Cornerstone or similar a plus)

  • A genuine love for animals and a team-player attitude
