Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Veterinary Receptionist who is confident, detail-oriented, and thrives in a busy clinical environment. This is more than a front desk role—it’s an opportunity to grow into a leadership/supervisor position for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide a welcoming, professional first impression for all clients and patients
- Manage high-volume calls, scheduling, and appointment flow efficiently
- Accurately check patients in/out and maintain medical records
- Process invoices, payments, and financial transactions
- Communicate effectively with DVMs and technicians to support workflow
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the reception area
- Educate clients on services, products, and preventative care
- Handle sensitive and emotional situations with compassion and professionalism
Qualifications
- 1–2+ years of veterinary receptionist experience REQUIRED
- Strong knowledge of veterinary terminology and client communication
- Experience with PIMS systems (Avimark, Cornerstone, ezyVet, etc.) preferred
- Excellent multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Leadership qualities or interest in growing into a supervisory role
- Positive attitude and strong team mentality

Schedule
- Full-time preferred (30–40 hours/week)
- Monday–Friday schedule
