As an AAHA-accredited practice, we believe every client interaction matters, and our Customer Service Representatives play an essential role in creating an exceptional experience from the moment clients walk through our doors.

We're looking for a friendly, organized, and compassionate Customer Service Representative who enjoys building relationships, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and loves working with both pets and their people.

What You'll Do

  • Welcome clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
  • Answer phones and schedule appointments
  • Manage medical records and client communications
  • Process payments and assist with check-in/check-out
  • Coordinate with doctors and technicians to keep the hospital running smoothly
  • Provide exceptional customer service during every interaction

We're Looking For Someone Who

  • Has outstanding communication and customer service skills
  • Enjoys multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Works well independently and as part of a team
  • Has previous customer service experience (veterinary experience is a plus but not required)
  • Brings a positive attitude and genuine compassion for people and pets

Schedule

  • Full-Time
  • Monday-Friday
  • Rotating Saturdays

Compensation & Benefits

  • $17-$19/hour DOE
