Bayview Animal Hospital – Fort Lauderdale, FL

About the Role 

As a Client Service Representative (CSR), you’ll be the friendly face and voice of our hospital, ensuring every client and patient feels welcome and supported. Your role is vital to creating a positive experience and continuing our legacy of compassionate care. 

What We’re Looking For 

  • Experience: At least 1 year in a customer service role; veterinary experience is a plus but not required. 

  • Outstanding Communication: A professional, welcoming demeanor with strong phone and interpersonal skills. 

  • Team Player: Works well with others in a collaborative environment. 

  • Pet Passionate: A love for animals and a desire to support their care. 

Schedule and Compensation 

  • Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts per week, including weekends. 

  • Compensation: $16-$18/hour based on experience.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Greet clients warmly and assist with check-ins and check-outs. 

  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and address client questions. 

  • Process payments and maintain accurate client records. 

  • Provide top-tier service while supporting the hospital’s mission to deliver outstanding pet care.
