Frederick Road Veterinary Hospital is looking for a reception team member who can provide an excellent and expeditious client experience for our growing client base. Could this be you? Read on and see!

 

Primary responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to, greeting clients, processing incoming and outgoing patients, handling payments, answering phone calls - which may involve answering questions, screening for service needs, and scheduling appointments - overseeing/managing incoming and outgoing mail and e-mail communication, maintaining client waiting area to ensure cleanliness, documenting client information, service data and other pertinent information within business operations software (VIA), escalating complex matters to senior associates.

 

Competitive candidates will have a minimum of 6 months experience in a veterinary hospital setting along with a bright, personable can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and a focus on teamwork.

 

Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 7:50am-5pm. Hospital is closed from 12pm-1pm every day for staff lunch.
