Key responsibilities include:
- Welcome clients and provide warm, exceptional customer service.
- Check patients in and out for appointments.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records.
- Answer phone calls, respond to questions, identify service needs, and schedule appointments.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and email communications.
- Keep the client waiting area clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Enter and update client, patient, and service information in our business software.
- Follow Fear Free practices to help create a positive, low-stress experience for patients.
- Assist with daily administrative tasks and office operations.
- Refer complex questions or issues to senior team members when needed.
Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
Competitive candidates will have a minimum of 6 months experience in a veterinary hospital setting along with a bright, personable can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and a focus on teamwork.
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 7:30am-5pm.
Compensation:
- Base hourly rate starting from $16-19, depending on experience
- Eligible for periodic bonus (where applicable)
