Bustling 6 doctor, AAHA-accredited, small animal practice is looking to add a client service representative to our family of fantastic staff. The candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to multi-task, a focused team mentality, and an excitement to be a part of a growing, high-quality veterinary hospital.

The ideal candidate would provide an excellent and expeditious client experience with each of our clients. Duties include a variety of clerical tasks including using our computer software, client communication via phone, email, and in person, handling of payments, scheduling, opening and closing duties of a veterinary hospital, light cleaning duties, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
The schedule would include a mixture of days and evenings as well as some Saturdays.
6 months of previous client service experience is required; veterinary hospital experience is preferred. A willingness to be crossed trained as a vet assistant in the future is a bonus!
