We are looking for a unique individual to be part of our client care team. We are a full-service veterinary care facility for dogs & cats, dedicated to client service and patient care. We are in search of someone who shares our commitment to join our team. If you are motivated, with great time-management skills, and are outgoing and detail oriented, you might be the right person! Veterinary Reception experience highly preferred, but will consider training if you have other great Reception experience.

Duties include but are not limited to: building and maintaining relationships with clients (in person and on the telephone) using compassionate, professional communication and patience. Handling client check-in and check-out, medical chart preparation and managing a multi–line phone system efficiently is part of every day. Knowledge of Avimark is recommended but not required; working knowledge of basic computer applications is a requirement.

This is a full time position; shifts may vary, but the hours covered by the reception team are 7:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Friday and 7:45 am to 1:00 pm on Saturday. (Candidate must be available to work at least two Saturdays per month.) Previous experience in an animal hospital or animal-centric environment strongly preferred; a love of animals is required.
