Located in the heart of Katy, TX, we pride ourselves on treating every pet and pet parent with the respect and attention they deserve.

We’re currently seeking a Veterinary Receptionist who is personable, highly organized, and passionate about animals. As the first friendly face our clients see, you’ll play a vital role in setting the tone for their visit and ensuring their experience is positive from start to finish.

Your Role Includes:

  • Welcoming clients and their pets with warmth, professionalism, and a smile.
  • Scheduling appointments and managing our daily calendar with precision.
  • Answering phones and responding to emails with prompt, courteous communication.
  • Handling payments, invoices, and maintaining accurate medical records.
  • Keeping the reception area tidy, clean, and welcoming.
  • Assisting veterinarians and technicians with administrative tasks.
  • Educating pet owners about services, procedures, and wellness products.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a veterinary or animal care setting is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Multitasking abilities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with animal care terminology and medical records (a plus!).
  • A deep love for animals and a desire to help both pets and their people.

Schedule:

  • Full-Time | Monday–Friday
  • Every other Saturday (8:00 AM–2:00 PM)
  • Some holiday coverage required
